From a young age, food and cooking have anchored my identity and fueled my purpose and vision. Preparing food was both a learning and communal activity with my family. It was a way to bond with my Filipina heritage and taste dishes from my parents’ homeland.

Over the years, my appreciation for food crossed borders as I ventured into different world cuisines.
